ITINERARY DETAILS

Day 1

ANGKOR WAT AND ANGKOR THOM

An early start at 5:00 AM takes you to witness a breathtaking sunrise over the magnificent Angkor Wat, the largest religious temple in the world. Spend your morning exploring the temple complex, capturing stunning photographs, and learning its fascinating history from a knowledgeable local guide.

Later, you may return to your hotel to rest from the heat or stay within the park for lunch before continuing your journey to the majestic Angkor Thom in the afternoon. In the evening, your guide will recommend excellent local restaurants in town for a delightful dining experience.

Day 2

GRAND AND LITTLE CIRCUIT TEMPLES OF ANGKOR

Around 8:00 AM, your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the hilltop temple of Phnom Bakheng, where a short hike rewards you with a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. Continue your journey to the impressive temples of Preah Khan and Neak Pean before enjoying a lunch break.

In the afternoon, explore the magical jungle-covered ruins of Ta Prohm, famous for its towering trees intertwined with ancient stone. End the day with visits to a few additional temples along the way back to your hotel, soaking in the beauty and history of the Angkor complex.

Day 3

A UNIQUE FLOATING VILLAGE AND DEEP CUT TEMPLE BANTEAY SREI

Departure time can be arranged based on your discussion with the local guide. After breakfast, head south of Siem Reap toward the vast Tonlé Sap, the largest lake in Southeast Asia, to explore a floating village where communities live in traditional raft houses. Enjoy a slow boat ride through the waterways, observing daily life unfolding on the water.

Return to Siem Reap and visit Artisans Angkor, a social enterprise and handicraft school supporting local youth.

In the afternoon, travel about 45 minutes to the exquisite temple of Banteay Srei, known for its intricate carvings. On the way back, there may be an opportunity for a short stop to interact with local villagers if time allows.
